When in New York on vacation you want to have the best time possible and you want to enjoy every minute on Broadway! Well at the Lyric theatre you can! We had absolute nose bleed seats (one row away from being in the very last row of theater up in the balcony) and we could still see everything perfectly clear! I was thoroughly impressed! They make it so that you don't have to pay a lot of money and still enjoy the show =) I am so thankful the lyric theater is set up the way it is! What a wonderful time we had! =D

I was here for the Harry Potter play, which I loved. This review is about the theater itself. It's nice looking, well maintained, comfy seats and some nice amenities. However, I'd warn you about their approach to their obligations under the ADA to accommodate attendees in wheelchairs. They simply pluck out a couple of seats from a spot in the middle of the orchestra and slide a wheelchair into it. Problem with that is that a wheelchair seat is at least a foot, if not more, higher than the seats in the theater, so anyone behind the person in the wheelchair suddenly finds themselves in a seat with very restricted viewing. The staff seems to think that citing the ADA absolves them from any discussion with someone who can no longer see most of the stage from a seat for which they paid a considerable sum. The theater needs to work with someone to figure out a way to make their space reasonably accessible to those with special needs while simultaneously allowing other patrons to see the play, too.

Great venue! We loved this theater. Beautiful inside and a great place to see a show. The seats were bigger than others that we went too, easy to exit and enter from, delightful evening out.

We saw Paramour at the Lyric Theatre. Not only was it a spectacular show but the the theatre is beautiful too. There isn't a bad seat in the house. Theres a bar and a little shop where you can get snacks. The theatre is clean and the staff is friendly.

It was a very nice comfortable theater. It has a good seating chart, I'd say lots of the seats have decent views. It was clean and the seats were comfortable. Good acoustics as well.
