My mother and I stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment while visiting NYC for the first time and a nephew who lived in Brooklyn. We did not want to stay at a hotel because they are just too expensive, so staying at this apartment rental allowed us to save some money and use our savings for sight-seeing instead. The apartment is located in East Manhattan, a safe neighborhood with many convenient shops, restaurants, and coffee houses nearby. There is also a park just a short walk away for a nice stroll or you can take a jog along the promenade that looks over the river. This was my fist time booking an apartment vacation rental and it worked out very smoothly. When I arrived at the apartment, we were greeted by Rico who was there to provide us the keys to the apartment. Rico also gave us a quick tour of the apartment and also of the neighborhood. The apartment comes with a small fridge, where we kept drinks, snacks, and prepared some sandwiches for a picnic in Central Park. There was always plenty of hot water to take a bath. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we had no problems at all when it came time to sleep. The TV in the living room comes with many cable channels to keep you entertained. There is also a small private patio where you can sit outside and have your breakfast.
