We chose Bea because we were going to a Broadway show that evening. The staff was friendly and efficient. Instead of ordering an entree the two of us ordered 3 starters. Plenty of food. The duck turnover was amazing, the pear salad very good and the ricotta was ok. Easy walk to our theater

Loved the vibe here... definitely a little hipster-ish but they make a great cocktail in a lively setting just off the beaten path. The staff was super cool/laid back. Totally packed for happy hour but I'm not surprised. The food menu looked interesting but this was just a quick two-drink stop before the theater. I'll definitely back for more cocktails and interesting conversation.

The restaurant was our favourite in New York. A bartender in CitizenM recommended it to us and we adored it. All the dishes we had were amazing and the whole atmosphere was great. We sat outside in an internal garden with old movies on the brick walls - a complete charm.

We shared the spicy shrimp guacamole toast. It was excellent! Too spicy for my husband though. I had bay scallops and asparagus which was very nice. Daughter had a beautiful steak. Service was excellent. Our server was fun and responsive but didn’t hover. The old movies shown on the walls are a nice touch. We got in and out in an hour between matinee and evening shows, which was great.

Bea is charming, with old movies showing on white painted brick walls, creating a relaxed ambiance. Service was cordial and inviting. The kale caesar salad was very good, as was the mushroom pizza. French fries came with two sauces and were crisp, hot, and delicious. The menu is varied and unusual, and quite friendly to vegetarians and prices are very reasonable. Bea is a good choice for a casual and comfortable meal.
