Like the other reviewers have said, the location is amazing, right on bleecker st and in the middle of so much great food music comedy and atmosphere. Kira was brilliant, very helpful. The flat is rather compact (which you expect from NY) and there are stairs to negotiate but was here with my two teenage boys and they loved it.

Great location, safe with so much good food and entertainment nearby. Easy to get to all the iconic places in NYC from the subway. Kira was super nice, easy booking, flexible with our checkout time. Flights of stairs are a little difficult so plan accordingly to minimize trips back to the apartment. Apartment was quiet and quite comfortable for me, my spouse, and teenage son.

The apartment is perfect for 3 people. Well located , with a grocery, restaurants and Amy'sbread near (for breakfast :yummy !!!)

I stayed here with my Dad and my two teenage boys recently, we stayed for four nights in total.
We had a fabulous time, the apartment has so many original features and it really does feel like you are getting your own slice of original NYC.
Everything was working fine and the beds were comfy, Kira even left us a bottle of wine.
The place was spotless. We felt so welcome.
There is no lift and it's five floors up, but even I managed and my sons bounded up with no problem.
I would say four adults is a comfortable squeeze, you have to know each other well and keep tidy, or you may feel cramped, I had to nag my two to pick up after themselves, that said, I would choose this apartment again over any hotel room. The area of Greenwich Village is superb, vibrant and cosmopolitan, think Old Compton St with some Notting Hill and Latimer Road thrown in. It's not quiet! - if you are after solitude, don't go there, actually don't bother with NYC, it truly doesn't sleep! - which means you might not either. If you want to be in the centre of everything, with plenty of restaurants, nightlife, near the subway and surrounded by BoHo chic, please choose this apartment and you won't go far wrong. We hope to come back again!!
