The Manhattan Skyline is iconic whether it is viewed from our Long Island City hotel, from the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, from Brooklyn, from a tour boat, or from any of the Manhattan skyscrapers. There isn't a bad view.

We saw the skyline by day and by night. It is a beautiful sight. I would strongly recommend walking across the Brooklyn Bridge as this view is amazing, and d it won't cost you a thing, unless of course you purchase art from one of the vendors on the bridge, which I did. I wanted to take home "a piece" of the city.

You absolutely cannot beat the view of NYC from NJ! Try it! Take Blvd East about a mile north to the viewing sites.

We are traveling in a 40 foot catamaran and sailed from Cape Verde to Barbados, then up through the Carribean and back to the U.S. The New York skyline is a beautiful sight, and even on a grey and cloudy day, the buildings show a distinct character. The view from the middle of the Hudson River is one I'll remember for a long time to come@

It’s impossible to take your eyes off the vast expanse of skyscrapers as you ferry in from the Hudson.
