We stayed for one night and thank god it was only one night. The pictures show this updated hotel and it’s not. It’s falling apart and extremely dirty. We had two room and it was like housekeeping just changed the cheers and didn’t do anything else. Food crumbs on the ground, dirt, dust and spider webs in the corners. Just plain gross.

This La Quinta has gone downhill in the last few years - no more comfortable pillows, a chair that made me itchy every time I sat in it, no room upgrade if you have a dog, no Silver Member gift upon arrival, you now have to pay to have a well-behaved dog, maids were not wearing masks as they cleaned rooms. And the rewards program didn't register me for the deal I signed up for, so I lost out on 7,500 bonus points because their system didn't work. No more La Quinta!

We stayed 2 days/nights. On both nights someone on the same floor was smoking marijuana. Kids were running through the hallways and if you open the window the noise from the nearby traffic is horrendous.

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. We strive to deliver a great guest experience, but it sounds like your time with us did not meet your expectations entirely. We apologize for the smell of smoke that caused you some inconvenience. We are a non-smoking hotel, but, unfortunately, not all of our guests abide by our rule, and occasionally, as seems to have happened on this occasion, a guest will smoke in a non-smoking room. Please know that we do react quickly against guests who violate this policy, and we have cracked down on those smoking inside the hotel in the past. We regret the issue you describe with street noise. While we don't have much control over external noise, we can probably look at assigning a quieter room for you the next time, should you choose to stay with us again. It is disappointing if a guest leaves with less than first-rate experience - this is very unlike us. We hope for a chance to redeem ourselves with you and delight you with the top-notch stay that the vast majority of our guests usually have with us.

This place was okay! i don’t think i would ever stay here again though. This place had really rude staff and every time we talked to any person who worked here, they were rude, didn’t want to be doing their job, and were not welcoming. Other than that, cool place!!

Stayed near home while husband was painting the house. I’m 9 months pregnant and could not be there because of the toxic fumes. Nice room, good service, convenient location, parking, security. The tub could have been cleaner though and didn’t drain properly
