Myself and two friends stayed the nights of the 2nd and 3rd of October.Valet parking was great, check in great,Baggage to the room great, quality of room great. We decided to have a drink in the bar around 6pm with a view to having dinner there.I walked over to the lady behind the podium with her computer screen to ask if we could sit near the window and have some drink menus and she quickly slipped her phone that she was texting on into the drawer under the computer screen, she delivered some drink menus to us at the table. We ordered some drinks from a older lady and they were bought out and she placed our drinks in front of two of us and my friends beer was placed about 4 feet away from him.He had to get out of his arm chair and put his beer in front of him.I went to the mens wash room and a portly staff member in a apron was texting at the urinal, he apologized and rushed out (no hand washing obvious). We decided we would eat out and whilst I went up to my room to get a jacket my beer drinking friend paid the $30 bar bill in cash to the lady behind the podium. We walked to the lobby and were about to walk out the front doors and a waiter and another waitress came rushing from the bar shouting we hadn't paid our bill. All the other guests sitting in the lobby were looking on at this scene unraveling. My friend explained he had indeed paid the bill in cash and hadn't received any paper work in exchange. He had to explain to the gentleman and the lady who we had paid and the waitress scuttled back to ask that particular lady if we had indeed paid.He received the thumbs up from the other lady and we were released from custody at the entrance and allowed to proceed to a more professionally run establishment.Try the mexican down the street, great service and very tasty food.
Breakfast staff were very efficient and engaging.Thank you Matt and Carl. Its a shame the unfocused staff in the bar on the afternoon shift are dragging your hotel down.Perhaps something for the Food and Beverage Manager to focus on.

We are so very sorry about the experience you had in our restaurant. This is definitely not the Seaport experience we want for our guests and rest assured that we are looking into all of this with our F&B team members to ensure we are deliver a highly positive guest service experience and not the one that you described. We're glad that you did enjoy the room and service for breakfast and hope that you will consider giving us a second chance.

The hotel was a bit pricey, but was a great experience. Public transportation is easily accessible from hotel. Get to know the public transportation system early in your stay. Good restaurants near hotel.

he hotel was very clean and the staff was super despite the "no tipping" policy (note: a 18% service fee is added to meals). The location is a little ways away from the action - too close to cab but far enough to get a bit of a workout when walking. However, if you are brave enough to bike in the crazy traffic, bikes are available on a "first come first served" basis.

Our room was on the smaller side, but it was very quiet and the beds were comfy. I slept much better than I usually do when I'm away from home.

This is the first hotel where I have stayed that offers an extensive selection of pillows. We ordered two pillows just for fun but received only one, so a couple of points off there. Also, there was a pool and sauna but no hot tub. But overall, this is a very nice place to stay and the location is only a short water taxi ride from the airport.

We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay and our apologies about not getting the second pillow from our pillow library. People do love to try out all the pillow types that we have and we're always looking for the next great pillow type. We hope that you'll come back and visit us soon and also keep in mind that we have an MBTA "T" stop right on campus that can take you anywhere by subway and trolley in the city.

Booked this hotel during a business trip. Staff was super helpful and very courteous. The amenities were great. Great part of town with great restaurant and things to do. Recommend this hotel if you are in the Seaport area.

My wife and I stayed here with our parents en route to a Cruise after landing at Logan. The Hotel has all the facilities you would require, with good Wifi. We utilised the Bar the evening we arrived, prices are what you'd expect in this location. Staff around the Hotel and Bar were all very polite etc. I'm unsure if I would stay here again, as its not downtown, meaning it's more time consuming to maybe see a bit of Boston prior to a Cruise, if you are time restricted as we were, and it's not walkable to the actual embarkation for the Cruise, for older parents. Overall tho, very nice Hotel.

We hope that you had a great time on your cruise. We are just a short cab ride away from Boston's cruise terminal and Monday through Friday in the mornings and afternoons we do offer complimentary car service around the immediate area.
