First Impressions are everything... Valet and Porters outside were great! Greeted right away when entering the building, all luggage was handled perfectly, and we had many little bags (traveling with a 19 month old kid). Front desk staff was spot on. We checked in online, room was ready and waiting prior to 3pm. We love the old feel charm of this property. Everything is well maintained, etc. Yes it is old, but it's historic. Our room was great! The fitness center on the Lower Level was perfect! Also the "Omni Kids Club" was really cute. They had a little backpack, with some activity pads, cards, crayons, etc. I'll tell you those items came in handy for 3 days. Also the Milk and Cookies in the room were an amazing treat! Also my son loved the little Towel Bunny!! This makes everyone feel "at home". We only had Breakfast at the hotel, the buffet was spot on. The WiFi was nice and quick, with easy connectivity. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Close to parks, shopping, historical landmarks...

Love staying at the Omni. Very friendly staff, rooms are very clean and beds extremely comfortable. It conveniently located for walking distance to most sites and restaurants in the Boston area. I have stayed there several times and will definitely stay there in the future.

Yes, she's old. But my oh my, she is grand. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff is first rate. Location is close to the Freedom Trail, many historical sites and restaurants. From start to finish, a great stay. And you must try the Boston Cream Pie!!!

My husband and I were looking for a top Hotel to stay in for the night following a show in the Theater District. Excellent service top to bottom. I would highly recommend this hotel. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. The front desk, the bellman, valet, ease of check in will all fantastic and very professional.

Not a very welcoming place , run down dirty and badly managed. Possibly the worst Reception staff in an American Hotel . Totaly inflexible and actually go out of their way to make life as difficult as possible for a paying guest . Valet parking badly run .
