My boyfriend and I stayed in Boston for a few nights and found the Oasis Guest House when we planned our trip. We don't require much for accommodations when we travel...just a place to refresh after a day out and about. Our room was kind of small, but it was perfect for us. It had a queen size bed, a chair, a dresser, two small side tables, and an attached bathroom. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
In the morning, down in the kitchen/sitting room, there was a selection of foods for breakfast. Something to get you started in the morning before finding delectable foods at the various restaurants in Boston. Less than a quarter mile away is the Hynes Convention Center "T" stop, so it is easy to get around. If you are in the walking mood, there is a beautiful pedestrian lane scattered with sculptures along Commonwealth Avenue that leads to the Boston Public Garden and Boston Common.
If we ever return to Boston, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location is everything and Oasis is just blocks away from fine restaurants, coffee shops, etc, Tiny cab ride away from Copley Square - a must see. Nice townhouses, well furnished. Rooms tend to be very small. Self-serve breakfast on main floor of each townhouse - bagels and all the sweet cake you can eat, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, fruit. Bad coffee - in case you care.

Oasis Guesthouse is located a quiet street off Massachusetts Avenue. The rooms are adequate, but could use blackout curtains. The breakfast was plentiful. And you can not beat the price. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Thank you, we're happy that your stay was enjoyable and the breakfast plentiful. We have begun replacing some of our window treatments with room darkening blinds and hope to complete the replacements as soon as possible.

I enjoyed my stay here as, though the room was simple, it had everything I needed, the bathroom was cleaned regularly and the staff were helpful and supportive. I felt welcomed the moment I opened the from door.

Overall ok. Clean, good location. Breakfast is fair. Limited tv channels. Service is ok. It's one of tge few budget locations in Boston. 3/5. If you need to save money, it's good. Didn't get much sleep because people yell in the street at all hours.

Thanks for your rating and feedback. We're sorry you found the street noisy, this is normally a quiet neighborhood.
