177 for one night and 161 more in fees. What a rip off. It is very important to read the fine print. I have been in hotels all over the world and have never been taken like I was at this property.
Actually this unit was very small and oddly shaped. If needed for more than a few days it would not be suitable for more than 2 people.
We visited for a family occasion and four of us stayed in this well kept condo. Great view, right next to TD Gardens and the "T" orange line. I mean you are right at the train station. This is a very roomy condo and has all the amenities. There are not a lot of cooking utensils but adequate for minor meals. Right downstairs is a great coffee shop with lots of breakfast and lunch choice. Besides, you are within walking distance to the North End with more greatreastauants at every value level you can imagine, so get out and enjoy Boston. We took the train, walked or übered everywhere and it was great.
This is really a fabulous place and a tremendous value and don't miss the rooftop deck, great views and comfy furniture to sit and enjoy the awesome views of Boston. Enjoy!

Found a pot with some marijuana and a half empty bottle of milk in the apartment. The weed probably could have paid for our stay, but we binned it.
Apartment is roomy, views are great and service is good.
We were a group of colleagues travelling to Boston to attend a course and decided to stay at the Avenir apartments from Stay Alfred because the hotel prices were crazy in July! It was a decision that we never regretted - the apartment was spick and span, check-in and checkout procedures were easy, there was a well-equipped gym, the washer/dryer came in handy, the concierges were friendly and helpful, and the best bit - the excellent location! The tube station (North Station) was literally just downstairs round the corner, but we never really needed it because most places we wanted to go to were within walking distance - Faneuil Hall and North End/ Little Italy were a mere 5-8 min away, and even the theatre district was just 20-25 min away on foot. If you like running, running alongside the Charles River was extremely pleasant and took just a few minutes to get to, and it was just 10 min to run to Boston common and Boston public garden. There was a CVS pharmacy just downstairs and 7-11 was a mere 2 blocks away for stocking up on snacks and conveniences. The MGH shuttle North Station stop was also outside the CVS pharmacy, if you are heading out to Charlestown or Navy Yard, which served us very well as we were attending a course there.
If you enjoy pampering and having your linen and towels changed daily, and must have daily cleaning of your room, then you should stay at a hotel. But if want privacy, and don't mind tidying a little after yourself, and don't want to pay exorbitant prices, then stay here!
