The staff at the Lenox Hotel is second to none! Every single person we encountered was courteous and attentive! We were asked numerous times if there was anything we needed. They were all very polite and professional.

We stayed in an Executive Suite. It was very spacious, immaculate, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable; pillows were great and the bathroom was nicely done and clean! It was actually one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time!

We ate several meals at the City Table restaurant which is located in the hotel. The food was excellent and reasonably priced; the service was great!

There's lots of shopping and great restaurants in the immediate area. It's close to the Prudential Center, the Boston Public Library (a must see) and the access points for the Hop On Hop Off buses, etc. It's also within walking distance of Fenway Park and Newbury Street which offers lots of great shopping.

Treat yourself! Stay at the Lenox...it's worth every penny!

This charming property is in an excellent location within the Back Bay. It is within walking distance to Fenway Park (1.1 miles), Boston Commons (.05 miles), Freedom Trail (1.0 miles), and the Wharf (1.7 miles). There are many restaurants and bars within a few steps of this hotel and it is also located new a large shopping area. Your will not be disappointed with your stay at this location.

Lenox Hotel did not disappoint. This is a charming older hotel, well located, which is meticulously maintained by the friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to Stephanie at the front desk for the birthday treats left in our room. You can’t go wrong booking this one!

This is hotel could be an example of "they don't make them like this anymore." It is beautifully appointed in every way. This Lenox was decorated exquisitely, as well as tastefully. There was a professional slew of staff ready to assist who understood hospitality. There was well tended complimentary coffee in the morning. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for shopping, sightseeing, public transportation, etc. Hope to return to this hotel soon.

When you walk in the lobby, it smells like a spa due to the products for purchase along the wall. That feeling of being taken care of kind of stays with you while you're here. There are chocolate chip cookies, lemonade and water in the afternoons and evenings along with the standard coffee/tea in the morning. They also offer free bottled water in the lobby which saved us on the Freedom Trail and on the way to the airport! We loved the fact that we could walk to Fenway and the subway from here and never needed a car. We'll be back.
