We stayed at the princess hotel for the third time. Each visit has been wonderful. The room was spacious, the location provided easy access to downtown and the staff was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed the afternoon wine and the delicious breakfasts

This was our second stay at the Princess Anne Hotel. We enjoyed the afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres as we sat outside on the beautiful back porch. Our hotel room was large and decorated nicely. Breakfast was served in the lovely dining room. They even had homemade blueberry jam. The hotel has a spacious lobby area with plenty of seating and a shady front porch. This hotel is within walking distance to the historic downtown area of Asheville. I am looking forward to going back soon!!!

My wife and I stayed at the Princess Anne Hotel for a long weekend anniversary trip. Every part of this place exceeded our expectations. It was in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to downtown, the staff were all so kind, the included breakfast was great and the menu changed each day, we got to know the other visitors during the happy hours, the rooms were pretty big and have so much character. We both had such a fun trip and a lot of that can be contributed to staying at the Princess Anne. We will 100% be coming back any time we are in Asheville!

great place, had good breakfast and evening snacks. Loved the variety almost everything was chefs quality. Room was comfortable but floors were noisy with uneven wooden flooring. Nice little kitchen setup. Gets noisy during breakfast and evening time due to compact eating spaces that was a little annoying as o couldn't enjoy my morning coffee in quiet. Another odd thing I observed was no side table on one side of bed, so I had to keep my water on floor.

Dear Komal B,

Thank you for your review! It looks like you enjoyed your stay with us for the most part. We hired Chef Todd a few months back, and have been thrilled to have someone of his caliber on our team! I’m sorry to hear you found our common areas compact and noisy. We tend to have a full house during the busier season which can cause mornings to be a little livelier. Did you try the back porch or front patio? Those areas are very relaxing, especially in the mornings. We are looking to get another side table for that room. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Being an almost 100-year-old building, the floors do creak. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about that. We do offer ear plugs in each room to lessen any noise.

Give us a call next time you come to Asheville! We hope to have you back sooner than later!

We had 6 couples visiting Asheville and everyone enjoyed the hotel and the accommodations. Very nice place and people there were very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.
