Checked in for a night as we drove into town and while it looked ok from the outside it’s a no-no on many levels inside. From the fly away light doors with gap below that lets in light and sound, to blankets and bed covers that didn’t look clean (we found hair on them). Also the pillows felt like full of little balls of cotton. The cushions on the bed and the curtains were dusty looking; they should not be using bedding whose covers cannot be changed.

Lastly, the lady at the reception told us no one in the county was offering to-go breakfast. However we checked with another hotel nearby and they said that was not true and they were serving to-go breakfast. Really disappointed on many levels. Would not recommend this place in the current state.

The title describes the lack of service that this hotel offers-with NO MAID SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE STAY! The excuse was COVID, but they still charge their regular rates! The kicker of the story on day 2 of my stay on had to take all my towels downstair to the lobby in order to change them, and I asked for additional soap and shampoo and hair conditioner because we were out of them! End result-1 small bar of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo, and 1 small bottle of hair conditioner; keep in my this is for 2 adults--their excuse they were running low on the items!!! KEEP IN MIND-- $100 + tax per night! NOTE- Plenty of loose hair found under the comforter!

Room tip: Think twice before paying their rates for NO service!

Accidentally booked a 1 bed for my daughter and I and Michelle was quick, kind, professional to fix for us without giving us an crap and with a smile on her face! She came thru once again when our first room didn’t have working fan/ac with no questions! She gladly fixed everything to make us happy! Very helpful in info about Moab dining etc.
This isn’t the fanciest place but it’s a great bang for your buck with very clean comfortable rooms nice bedding and hot hot tub! Pool temp excellent and free coffee tea in lobby. Excellent location too right in town!

Front desk staff don’t wear a mast to prevent Covid transmissions. Vending machines don’t work. Even if you tell them in the morning that you want housekeeping in your room they won’t do it. Subpar service.

Nice little hotel in Moab. Very conveniently located in the little town of Moab and close to the national parks. It was clean, and big enough. We also had a microwave mini fridge and sink. Nothing fancy but perfect to rest after long hikes. Quick check in and check out. Ample parking.
