“Great Condo”
Reviewed 5 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Wonderful place to come back to after a long day of hiking at Arches and Canyonlands NP. It was spacious, clean & quiet. (I came right after jeep week) 10 minute drive into town for groceries and dining. It was nice to have a large kitchen to cook breakfast and an occasional dinner. Awesome to have a washer & dryer in the unit so I could pack less. I agree with the other review that most of the teflon pans were scratched up pretty bad. We found 2 smaller ones that were usable. It's too bad that folks that use the pans don't understand that you shouldn't use metal utensils on teflon. Matt was great to work with and responded to emails quickly. I would highly recommend this place.

“Spectacular Townhome adjacent to two National Parks!”

This is a huge, spectacular townhome in Moab, Utah, situated at just a 5-min drive from Arches National Park and half an hour drive from Canyonlands National Park. The master suite is wonderful and the king-size bed was as comfortable as our Sleep Number at home. There are two other bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. It was truly palatial for just two people. The wi-fi worked great and the upload time for our hundreds of daily pictures of hiking trails was FAST. We enjoy our own home cooking, so we grocery-shopped first thing and grilled every night on the patio. Our ONLY complaint is that the kitchen does not have enough pots and pans. (In fact, the pans are shot...the teflon had eroded in all of them, so I was afraid to use them.) If you plan to cook in the lovely, large kitchen, and you're arriving by car, you may want to bring your own saute pans and pots.

Excellent condo and it was very easy to work with Matt to get everything set up for a two night stay while visiting the Moab area. Matt was also very helpful with a last minute request. Condo is close to town, very clean, and lots of room for 3 couples. Would definitely stay here again.

“COMFORTABLE CONDO”
Reviewed 22 May 2014 for a stay in May 2014

This was a good place with a lot of amenities. The WIFI is very good and hot tub was very easy to use. It was good to have a tub to soak in after a day in the parks. The location is good and the beds were very good. This is ideal for a group or family.

This place was just what my friends and I were looking for, for our weekend in Moab.
Close enough to town, and trails to not be an inconvenience to drive to town, and far enough OUT of town for some peace and quiet.
If you stay here, and have plans to sleep in the extra sleeping areas (couch - loft) bring your own blankets. There were no extra blankets to be found.
The kitchen was a PLUS! And having the BBQ grill on the patio was perfect!
No complaints here what so ever!
