We are just leaving this hotel and I am honestly disappointed. The breakfast was trash. (Hopefully it will be better when COVID is done.) On the last day, we realized our door was broken and wouldn’t shut. The staff didn’t seem to care about the door. We got no apology or anything about the door problem. Which is a HUGE safety concern and liability for the hotel!
The room layout was nice. But the beds and pillows are literally the worst I’ve ever stayed in. If there was a Walmart, I would’ve gone to get my own pillow.
One pool is currently broken which is a bummer. It made social distancing impossible because everyone is packed into 3 hot tubs and one pool. The one working pool was warm.
Overall, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The maintenance guys I spoke to where the nicest. The rest of the staff seemed grumpy.More
