We had asparagus crab soup, stir fry beef, stir fry green beans, garlic noodles and peppercorn Dungeness crab. As suggested in the title, not cheap but a great meal. Other dishes of folks around us looked good as well. Servers were efficient and unobtrusive. For visitors to San Francisco, location a bit out of the way.

One of the best meals we had in San Francisco. Must try garlic noodles and peppercorn crab!

Parking can be difficult and restaurant can get crowded.

Great customer service!

Off the beaten path, and worth the effort. This little gem is on the western side of San Francisco, and took a little doing to find. The neighborhood is, less just say, marginal. The sign on the hostess stand says beware of items in your car. We took their advice.

As for the décor, it was comfortable. Inviting. Casual. It seemed that a number of local families were here for the opening of the restaurant, a good sign.

The food was enjoyable. We had the soft shelled crab. The shrimp roll. The veggie summer roll, and the asparagus and crab soup. All excellent. We brought a bottle of wine, and were welcomed to enjoy it with a $15 corkage fee.

We were looked after by a delightful lady, Anh. Terrific service!

Crab, crab and more crab! Informal restaurant where they know what they are doing. Peppercorn crab was my favorite, roast crab was also good. Garlic noodles are addictive. Generous portions, 2 crabs easily shared between four people. Limited wine and beer list. A little pricey ($55 per person) but an indulgence that was worth it. Reservations recommended, arrive early if you are driving as parking can be tricky.

You can always expect a great meal of dungeness crabs with various styles and I ordered the roast and peppercorn style, garlic noodles and asparagus. Portions are sufficient for 3 adults but prices have increased quite a fair bit, especially in the SF area with all the start-ups happening. Overall, great meal at the expense of high $$$$.
