Has a parking lot where you do see a homeless encampment. However they do not SEEM to bother anyone during the day.... The beach was pristine and we enjoyed the beauty. Definitely worth a stop during the day. Would not camp here.

I thought Cancun had some nice beaches here and there. Boy, was I wrong.

Waimanalo Beach has soft white sand, warm waters depending on the season, fun waves, and isn’t as crowded as other beaches.

It’s super accessible and you’ll thoroughly enjoy relaxing here.

Hire a car for the day and follow the circle island tour and stop at this beach. It is absolutely stunning. Gorgeous turquoise blue waters and white soft as silk sand. If you want to chill out and have some privacy or more quite time, this is the beach to be. It is not very busy and more private. It even feels romantic and the serenity of it is just breathtaking.

We visited Waimanalo Beach during our Circle Island Tour with oahu Nature Tours.

This beach is well known as a bodyboarding beach since the waves are not too high and break close to shore.

This beach was also the filming location for Magnum P.I. and Baywatch Hawaii.

We were fortunate when we visited that we saw one of the endangered Monk Seals sleeping on the beach.
