Not only was the rental beautiful and location perfect, but Lenora was so easy to communicate with and made the whole process a joy instead of stressful! Even though the previous renters did not take care of the property as they should have, it was still a great place to stay, our own pool and the beach just a few blocks away! Such an amazing experience. My family and I are hoping to stay here again soon!
We just returned from our stay at the house and had such a great time. We had 3 families of 4 kids and 7 adults staying and the house had everything we could have asked for. We all live here on Oahu so this was a staycation for us and the house was perfect. It is fully stocked with everything you will need in the kitchen during your stay. All the beds were comfortable, fans cooled the place down, and the house is really decorated nice. The pictures actually don't do it justice as the floor plan and yard were a lot larger than we expected. There were plenty of extras like games, movies, pool floats and toys, bikes we used on the bike trail, and beach toys. We spent the majority of our time in the pool which was a big hit. We did walk to the beach a little and being from the island we knew exactly what to expect from that area. It isn't a swimming or surfing type beach but there are spots with little coves in the reef to get in the water which the kids enjoyed and could have snorkeled if we wanted to. Got to see a couple of turtles and loved walking down the shoreline at sunset. Sat around the fire pit at night talking story and roasting smores. The home is in a residential area so need to watch noise at night so not a house you are going to party at but was perfect for our group of families. Jon was extremely friendly and helpful at checkout and gave a great introduction to the house. If you are coming from the mainland the house is very close to historic Haleiwa which has tons of great food, shops, galleries, and activities. We took some time away from the house for horseback riding, shark cage dive, and going to Waimea to jump off the rock. We loved the house and everyone was already looking at the calendars to plan our next stay.
