My husband and I went to this event for a total of 280 US. Rush seating so to get a decent seat you have to wait for an hr in line. In the heat with no water while the Hyatt sets up the venu. They should have offered water for the people in line I had sweat dripping down my legs by the time we were seated. The food had no flavour and the show itself was not worth the cost. The best part of the show was the woman MC. We have been to shows in New York and Vegas and this doesn’t compare. The Hyatt should have assigned seating and make it an evening show with no meal and offer paying at the bar and drop the price significantly then it would be worth it to attend. Don t waste your money!!!!the road to Hana is much more fun and if you drive yourself it’s almost free!!!

We thought that the the food was good - tasty pork & fish w/ pineapple salsa. Drinks taste good, but are watered down. Show is fine, typical Polynesian show. Could use some umbrellas - it can get hot in the sun.

The Luau show was as good as we remember, maybe better. Last few times we went to this Luau, the food selection was much better. Tonight , the generic "white fish", and the kalua pork were the primary proteins. They were ok/average. Our family returned to this Luau in the belief the food would be exceptional like the last time we attended - with salmon and pieces of fillet mignon. The rice was bland/boring, drinks lukewarm, and the veggies were under cooked.

The service was good, the food tasty, and the drinks plentiful. But I was underwhelmed by the show itself. It felt impersonal, rushed at times. The fire dance was good, but short and not as impressive as I'd expected. I went to a luau in Oahu five years ago, which was much more entertaining. I think this is a nice luau if this is your first time, but I left somewhat disappointed.

We have been to several luaus in Hawaii. We like this one the best especially all food is marked gluten free etc. We are celiac and can’t have gluten, and you feel so safe
Thanks for another great experience
