I always got here (Sea House Restaurant) for breakfast as their french toast is awesome! The views of Naplil Bay are always the best with lots of activity, i.e. whales, dolphins & service is great! I've also been here for dinner & it is very reasonable & great food!

Room Tip: Rooms here are a bit pricey...$350/night so look for a deal online

If you want to be close/driving distance to major attractions but still be away from the hustle of tourists then this is the place for you. Resort is spread out and many mini pool by the outlying buildings so you do not always have to walk to the one large pool. Staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. Food is wonderful. Great kitchen and a grocery store just down the road. Found the tourists areas very busy but was so nice to come and spend time in the quiet here. Great gardens and birds around.

Room Tip: many buildings with different views - I had ocean view and was perfect

The staff was very kind. The one bedroom apartment was perfect with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The Hotel sits between 2 nice beaches and the one to the right has amazing snorkeling. Each kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and there's a good grocery store close by. And when you tire of swimming you can take a leisurely hike.

My wife and I have been fortunate to visit Hawaii many times, having stayed on all of the main islands. For 38 years we've come to Maui, but never before to Napili and never before the Napili Kai. It is now our favorite place to stay. It faces Napili Bay, which is beautiful and fun, and none of the buildings are over two stories high, so it doesn't feel like Miami Beach high rises. There are two aspects that stand out for us. The first is the other patrons, who are families or older travelers like us. It has a low-key, non-competitive feel to it. The other aspect is the room, which has a complete kitchen and a lanai where we dine and laze away. It really feels like we own a condo here. We definitely intend to return. If being lazy and having everything you need (including a supermarket about 1 minute away) on the grounds or nearby is important to you, then do give the Napili Kai a try. You won't be disappointed.

We spent 5 nights, in a studio (Room #85); it is located right above the lobby, which was good for the ocean view and going in and out, but bad for the noise, as we were awaken at 5:30 AM by people talking loudly downstairs. We complained about it, and it was better afterwards (most of the time...). My wife is a light sleeper and was bothered especially at night by a screechy metallic noise coming from the roof, we ended up looking for it from the outside, and figured that it was the antenna located right above the room. Hope it's been fixed by now...

The Staff was friendly and accommodating, the beach is small but nice, and easily crowded as all beaches are open to the public. The snorkeling from the beach is not great, BUT at the South end there are a few resident-turtles, and that was awesome!
The room itself has a small kitchen very well equipped, no AC but we really didn't need it as it's always breezy and the air flows easily throughout the studio. It's very clean and the housekeeping is doing a great job.

There is a computer in the lobby with a printer dedicated to printing your boarding passes, that was very nice!

There is a restaurant close by The Sea House, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only went for happy hour, the prices were reasonable, the calamari and shrimps were good, but pass on the raviolis...

we will definitively stay there again in the future. Location is about 1 hour from the airport, we drove to Hana, to Wailea, but were happy we chose to stay in Napili!

Room Tip: Rooms above the lobby have a great ocean view but the noise is going up.
