This large ranch has pastures, forests, its own river, and ocean views. The history of the ranch is also facinating.

The location was stunning. Our guides were fantastic (Joshua and Marlin). Truly they were amazing, so I don't want that to be tainted by what I'm about to say, but the actual tour was very MEH. Like just above boring. Mostly because of the abundance of stoppage time. Out of a three hour tour, we were probably actually off-roading for maybe one hour of it. And often slow at that. Otherwise stopped for safety checks (which take a LONG LONG time in a big group, we had twelve vehicles), or sightseeing, movie locations, etc. We went on the "signature" tour, so maybe the VIP one would be more of the fun and adventure?

We had our whole family of 12 with us. Kids ages from 14-30. Everyone had a fun time. No riding experience needed. We did the 4 hour waterfall and picnic tour. Great guides who were friendly knowledgeable and fun to be with!

This was one of our favorite activities while on Kauai. We did the waterfall tour with Justin and Lumbo. They were great guides! Super fun and provided great info about movies filmed on the ground and the history. Plus they took some awesome photos for us. They did a brief training on how to drive and operate the vehicles before starting the tour. Most of the course was relatively mild but there were some fun, more challenging sections. Lunch was a make your own sandwich buffet, fresh fruit, chips, and banana bread. The ingredients were fresh and filling.
Favorite highlights:
- getting to try out the rope swing that was part of Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Arc.
- some of the longer stretches of flat road where you could floor it in the ATV
- seeing scenes from where Jurassic Park, Jungle Cruise, and other notable movies were filmed.

This is definitely a worthwhile activity of you're on Kauai.
