We rented the house for our 25th wedding Anniversary. We were not told until the day before our arrival that we had the "lower" unit. Upon arrival we also discovered the only air conditioning was an old window unit in the bedroom. The unit was less then clean, the bedding looked well worn and there was water leaking in the closet. We didn't even stay there one night left and checked into a local hotel. Try contacting them about the situation never heard back.
We couldn't be happier about our stay in the Cliff House Suite. This is a clean, modern property with everything you'll need and with access to the Marriott's facilities you really can't lose. I'm already planning a return trip next year. Great staff to work with too!
