Our family, 3 couples, stayed here 4 nights and found the home and property just as the photos portray, possibly better. The home has a beautiful master king/bath upstairs and a king/bath and queen/bath downstairs with an additional sitting room/queen foldout. It is located at the north end of the beach with swimming and volleyball right out in front. We felt very safe and comfortable in the home. There is no AC but did not miss it with trade winds. The roosters at 3am-6am are another story- bring ear plugs and the upstairs master has a street light that will drive you nuts if you don't place all the sheer drapes together in one spot to block it out. There are many windows we left open 24/7. The weather was 80/68. I can see how it would be pretty muggy inside if it were 85/70. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pans and great appliances- and the BBQ is a bonus. We found delicious produce at Foodland in Princeville. The view actually makes it fun to cook! Tip:stash some large zip locks in your suitcase for crackers/cookies/cereals...the house also included plenty of TP and PT's. Besides the humitity there is an ant battle in the kitchen/ it appears they are fighting it with spray- gel is needed. The irony of this house is the noise warnings, we arrived on a Friday and had a group of high school kids partying for about 4 hours with speakers so loud they made the house vibrate, the police dropped by, left and the party continued. The next night someone pulled up at 10 and pumped their music for about a half hour. Having the parking lot in front does not effect the view as many houses on the bay have dense trees infront, but it does add to noise and local color entertainment. And having to wash all the towels before leaving added to the stress of having to be out by 10 a.m., but we would stay here again!
