Bray house was luxurious once, it isn't now. It has had some upgrades over the years but not nearly enough.
On the plus side, it has a lovely fireplace and surrounds and good bathrooms. That's about it!
I won't list all the issues as that would be boring but here are a few items that need immediate replacement and are quite basic (at $450+ per night).
The coffee maker looks about 20 years old and is a cheap plastic thing that appears to have originally come from a local flea market.
The fridge/freezer is also elderly, complete with broken and unusable bottom shelf.
The BBQ outside is old and tiny, certainly not appropriate to a house this size. The ignition switch only worked occasionally so needed long match.
Most of the crockery is so scratched, you would do well to take paper plates to eat off.
I would also suggest anyone avoid the rental agents - Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. My wife broke her shoulder on a step outside the front door. When I let them know, the senior staff in their office all melted away and no-one bothered to call round or even phone to offer sympathy. Quite pathetically they were clearly more worried about a possible law suit! Imagine the difference $30 of flowers might have made to feelings.
