Lovely 3 night Cody stay

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 3 weeks ago
This was a superb B&B hosted by Robin and Bob. Made to feel at home right from the time of arrival. We had a 3 night stay with 2 says planned to vist Yellowstone which is aprox 45 min Drive from Cody. Robin and Bobs local knowledge and guidance on where and how to get around Yellowstone helped us squeeze the most from our stay. Also local recommendations for resteraunts in Cody helped. Breakfast was superb with different breakfasts served each day we were there. Cody itself was a superb place to visit infant so good we will ge returning in 2026 for the Cody Stampede and of course if available will be staying at Robins Nest.

Robin and Bob were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. Our room was full of character so nothing like the typical ‘premier inn’ which we loved. We stayed for three nights (wish now we stayed for a week) however every morning Robin served us up a different breakfast each being delicious. We loved the cranberry and orange muffins. Robin and Bob recommended tours for us and we went to visit Yellowstone National Park with Heather who was so full of knowledge and we loved her stories about the park. An absolute must. Yellowstone was one of outperform favourites on our tour. We had some lovely night just chilling in the B&B with other residents and Robin more than happy to put our beer and wine on chill. They even took us to the airport at the end of our stay. We felt at the end of our time in Cody which is a beautiful town with loads to do we had made friends. Thanks to Robin and Bob for making this trip extra special. We will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Room tip: Yellowstone National Park is a must, the museums in Cody are great and you def have to visit the old trail town

Summer 2022: We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a USA road trip from Banff, down to the Grand Tetons. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely return. Robin and Bob are wonderful and friendly hosts and it was like staying in a home rather than an anonymous hotel. We loved the friendly atmosphere, we love the chat over breakfast; we loved the chat and drinks in the garden. We loved the dogs! It was so great to meet ‘real people’ and get to know them a bit. Robin and Bob came to the cowboy concert (name escapes me!) and meal…that was so much fun. Bob also came with us to the shooting range - being British this was an incredible experience and Bob was brilliant coming with us. Bob also came with us to the Rodeo, it made a great difference having someone to talk us through what was going on. All in all, we loved Cody and staying here was a highlight. Thank you so much Robin and Bob love the Macaulays! (Ps stayed in August 2022, I forgot to do the review).

Robin's nest is a true treasure in Cody. I love the front yard with all of the flowers and the back yard is a true oasis with water fountain, flowers, and even a log play house! Robin was so hospitable. Gave us suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Room was very comfortable. I loved the soft bed and fluffy pillows. We stayed in the King room and loved the western theme including a real coonskin hat! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend it and will definitely go back the next time we are in Cody!!

Room tip: No air conditioning but has ceiling fans and window fan. We stayed in August and it cools off at night so you don't need it.

We stayed here on a trip through Wyoming and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is a well-maintained house with lots of character and Western memorabilia. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The hosts served a tasty breakfast with plenty to eat. Highly recommend Robin's Nest
