We were looking for a spot to stop as we passed through Milwaukee. The food was good. The atmosphere was lovely. We were able to sit back and enjoy watching the boats pass by on the confluence of the Milwaukee and Menomonee Rivers. Our waitress was extremely helpful. Pointing out good appetizers and rolls. She was also very accommodating to our 17 month old who was out to dinner with us.

I came here with my fiance for a celebration dinner. I am not able eat gluten and usually any type of Asian restaurant is difficult to eat at. The server went out of her way to find gluten free sake, they discounted the bottle to offer the special for that night and also offered gluten free soy sauce. The server was very knowledgeable about the sake choices and extremely kind. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the awesome view of the river as well. Would definitely recommend!

Me and a group of 10 went on a Sunday night. Service was slow because the restaurant was catering to Bon Jovi. However we were graciously compensated for the slow time in the food was incredible!

Myself and two friends stopped in for a late dinner about 9:00 on a Saturday night. I had the chicken teriyaki and my friends had the sushi. We all enjoyed our food, but it took forever! We waited close to an hour, if not longer, after we ordered, it was pretty ridiculous. Same with the drink, my friend ordered beer, and we literally thought they forgot about us it took so long to get. If you are super hungry, this is not the place to go because you will probably starve before you get your order, but if you are not that hungry and have some extra time, it's worth a try.

Visited with close friends at the recommendation of a foodie-friend. Waited 15 minutes for server after being seated. Server was inattentive and argumentative. Ordered sashimi which was good quality but marginal cut size, wontons which were heavy and oily, a variety of sushi rolls which were creative but the rice was dry on several rolls. Ordered serval hot entres which were just ok. The highlight of the visit was the dragon breath drink-fantastic combo and delishous. I do not like to give out negative reviews for simple misses but in this case there is much room for improvement. Given the market I would suggest Kanpai a few blocks away or Kawa near Bayshore.
