The staff we encountered were polite and friendly and the breakfast was OK, nothing special. Location is quiet a little way from the centre of town.
Hotel itself is well in need of a make over with very tired carpets and furnishing.

KiddyBoy,

We appreciate you taking your time to share your feedback with us. We are in the process of a few renovations currently. We are almost done replacing all of our carpet. We just ordered new drapery recently. Next time you stay, it will look a lot better. We hope you will give us another chance next time you're in the Longview/Kelso area.

Sincerely,
Betty Wilson

I was happy with my stay there. They are very dog friendly and allowed my little dog to come with me in the pool and hot tub room and in the breakfast area with me in the morning. Clean and comfy bed. Welcoming staff.

Good place to stay with the family. Clean and with a great staff. Breakfast is fine.
The woman who attended us at the reception was very kind and advised us the best places in the area.
Totally recommended.

A big shout out to Liz at the front desk- she has great customer service and was so nice when we checked in after a very LONG day of driving and sightseeing. Hotel was pretty clean though it does feel dated in spite of renovations.

Beware of there being no elevators, though I’m sure if you make it known at reservation, they would work with you to ensure a first floor room.

Breakfast eggs were odd- I think they were instant powder eggs instead of real scrambled eggs? The breakfast meat also had an unusual flavor.

Finally, there was a mattress stowed up under the stairs that was an eyesore and did not enhance the ambience.

After considering our stay, I would recommend the hotel for the value and good customer service we experienced.
