This place is amazing. Kim Harris was wonderful and helped me with all my needs. TownPlace suites should be honored to have her as an employee. I will be definitely staying here again when I’m in town.

I booked several rooms for a family get together for my son's birthday. After a year of Covid and not seeing each other, this hotel property served as a great location for a family get away. We were treated well, given accommodations to support the different arrival times of family members, Overall I would book here any time I travel to Seattle area. The Manager Kim and her staff are 5 star first class.

My family's March visit was wonderful! The property was clean and the dual rooms were great. Being in the adjoining rooms accommodated enough space for a hand full of people. Having a basketball court for my children to play on was outstanding! The staff - front desk and housekeeping were great and helpful. We'll be back again! Thank you for your service!

TownePlace Suites was just ok. However, I would not stay there again. It is located in the industrial part of town.

When we checked in there were four kids between the ages of 10-15 running around the property without an adult. They were going in and out of reception and over the fence to the closed pool. No staff intervention occurred. This wild behavior and shouting carried on for over two hours!

There was bagged trash outside that was on the ground throughout our two-day stay. One of the garbage cans was on its side and was also never tended to.

There was a very slow three-person line later in the evening when we went back to the front desk to purchase bottled water. One guest said her room was filthy and had not been cleaned at all. She was very upset and wanted another room.

Our TV's reception kept going in and out, which made it very hard to enjoy a show before bed. There were no cups in the room to use in the bathroom. The cooling system woke us up at night. It sounded like a propeller plane was taking off in our room. It was so loud I actually walked over and took a video.

Our experience was not what I expected from the Marriott brand. It felt like a cheap long-term stay hotel. Very disappointing.

Positives: the room itself was clean and the breakfast was adequate.

Room tip: If you have physical disabilities, request a room on the first floor. There are no elevators.

The outside looks nice but the rooms are in dire need of renovations. First room was awful! Peeling paint, outlets that didn’t work and stained furniture. Second room slightly better but faucets dripped, kitchen faucet loose, minimal hot water and garage sale kitchen supplies. Don’t have more than 2 people eating In room as there are only 3 sets of anything. There are to go breakfast bags but don’t try to get one at 6 am as the night shift is too busy to have them ready. Very run down interiors and amenities. Skip this hotel unless all you need is a bed to sleep on.

Room tip: Parking near room is limited. No good views.
