Owner description: See Whales in the Wild! Orcas, humpbacks, gray whales, and so much more. Three generations of our family have helped visitors have life-changing experiences with some of the most majestic creatures on the planet. We’re blessed to live in what’s been called “the American Serengeti,” with some of the highest concentration of whales and dolphins and sea life anywhere in the world — including our totem species, the orca. Few people know these waters like we do. Our experience and dedication makes it possible for us to guarantee that you’ll see whales on your trip — or we’ll give you another trip absolutely free.

We have four boys and this was too on the list of things to do. The staff was amazing, so nice and informative. The best part of the tour was the unplanned part. On our way back to Edmonds the captain spotted several Orca and the next thing we knew we saw a huge male and a few pods and what appeared to be a few female chasing the male. It was a fantastic surprise. Absolutely beautiful. It was also great because the staff allowed the extra time and we didn’t feel rushed, they took their time and allowed us to enjoy the surprise.

Turns out that an expensive "gourmet lunch" of Caprese sandwich on ciabatta bread is actually a sopping wet, spongy, school-lunch bread which has soaked up all the moisture of the tomatoes for an impressively disgusting experience. Add Doritos and a soda. Gourmet? Really? My advice - just bring a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. That said - The Captain and crew were friendly, informative, and professional. The ship was impressive, clean, and comfortable. The wildlife and natural scenery were wonderful!! If not for the over-the-top travesty of lunch, I'd give it five stars.

This whale watching experience was just phenomenal. Our whole family was visiting from Huntsville Alabama. Everything from the luxurious boat, to the wonderful and personable crew, to the jaw-dropping sights, this is an excursion I would recommend to all types of people. Captain Brian was not only a terrific captain, but he was also very enthusiastic and interactive with the crowd. The crew members; Myrinda, Tony and Katie were very helpful and made the experience better than I could have ever hoped for. We saw a group of killer whales and a humpback whale! I got some great pictures, and they even have a professional Naturlist on board, Bart, who taught us everything about what we were seeing. He also took amazing, up close pictures, which are available for purchase at the end of the trip. For anyone visiting the Seattle area, I HIGHLY recommend the Puget Sound Express!

Orcas, humpbacks & minkes came out for our authentic excursion! Great boat (heated cabin and comfortable seats), skilled captain and a knowledgeable staff provided a great day for our soccer team and parents! The landscape was gorgeous and the whales were amazing! It was an exciting and memorable day!
Dress warm and bring your cameras - be prepared to see some whales!

The crew was very friendly, informative, helpful and knew where to find whales! This family run business didn't disappoint with sharing facts about whales, seeming to know much about the pods and individual orcas, humpbacks and other sea animals we saw. The blueberry crumble was delicious! I wish we could have gotten a little closer to the whale groups we saw. However, we saw several groups and even a humpback!
