Grounds were clean, bathrooms were not good, pool was great, family lodge was awesome, did not know about private lots and long term guests. Felt like an RV park, not a camp ground. Too many barking dogs, neighbor had violent kids, constant growling and barking pit bull. We couldn't sit within view because of the dog. Looked like the were squatters, swearing, fighting and the ruined our trip. Should have stayed on the other side where the nice campers were. Very disappointed!!

Run down RV park where everyone is kind of packed in, but staff is friendly and responsive and you are close to the state park and the cute town of Birch Bay. I'd stay somewhere else, but I'm a member so the price is right for me (free).

Tent camping- the neighbors in the rv Park next to us were very loud and drunk until 2am and we had to ask them to turn down their music when staff should have been around to do this. Also tent camping needs more shade because we were miserable during the day

No fire pit, no privacy. Dog poop in our site on arrival. Having to rent a firepit really bothers me. Fires are part of the camp experience. It was quiet, but again, no privacy between sites, and the grass was not mowed.

Accessible to lots of activities, beach waterslides, Bellingham is close. Campground clean and very friendly staff. Firepits very affordable to rent, pool was very inviting and warm. All and all would go again.
