Great service every time and the shuttle driver, Dale, is awesome. I stay here very often and it’s quiet, I feel safe and know I will be taken care of. That is important to me because I stay in hotels about a third of each year.

Stayed a night in one of the loft suites and I was blown away at how big it was. HUGE! 2 full bathrooms. A flight of stairs takes you to the master suite were you have your own bathroom. A huge dining room table that seats 6. Full kitchen. Pull out sofa bed. Breakfast in the morning was nice and tasty. Has a pool that is closed for the winter. Basketball court. Free parking. Seconds away from everything in Tysons corner. Water temperature didn't stay hot first night. Morning was better. Will definitely be coming back!!

The staff and manager Barry really make your stay homey and worthwhile. you are constantly greeted by name, given lots of goodies (fresh fruit and flavored water await you). when i needed something, service was immediate and at my door. a great home away from home. Thanks Barry and all who work there!

Stayed in this hotel a few years ago for a family visit and the place was in great condition. Cannot say the same for December, 2017. The place is showing definite signs of wear and tear. Our room was slightly clean, however, paint was peeling in various areas, patches of plaster were falling down, bathroom tiles and grout were yellowing, plus there was hair all over the bathroom from a previous guest (and the towels smelled a little funky). Also, our bed COLLAPSED when we sat on it at 1:30 a.m. (yes, we're normal sized people). My husband had to put it back together in order for us to sleep (we had to move the mattress and box spring to accomplish this - not fun), but the frame contained no bolts to secure the pieces together, so we had to sleep very carefully so as not to jiggle the frame. Sounds ridiculous, but true story. Told the front desk and they were concerned about us being injured (we were not), but never offered us a discount on our room. I asked them to fix it for the next guest so hopefully that happened. Probably will not stay here again and won't recommend it until it is back to Marriott standards.

I have stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties over the past 15 years and I would have to rate this near the very bottom of my list. We chose this hotel for a family weekend getaway because the offered big rooms at a reasonable price. From the moment we arrived, we experienced problems. The room we were given looked like a good room but the pullout couch did not work. I went and spoke with the manager about this and they said they were sold out for that night and the only thing he could offer me was a few extra blankets for the floor. It was almost midnight by this time and we had been driving all day so we went ahead and had two of our children sleep on the floor. The layout of our room was great but it felt like we had traveled back in time to the 1970s. Everything felt so old, tired and out of style and the quality of the room, beds, and furnishings did not feel like a Marriott property. Also, the area where they hold breakfast is very small and is not adequate to hold the number of hotel guest that were there the morning we ate there. We had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get a seat. They also ran out of several items of food and told us sorry that they would not be preparing any more. We were actually scheduled to stay two more nights but we had such a bad experience our first night that we decided to move to a different Marriott hotel a few miles away and the difference was night & day. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have had in a long time and based upon my negative experience, there is no way that I could recommend this hotel.

Good afternoon Nate L,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your stay here at the Residence Inn. I would like to first apologize the pull-out couch was inoperable, and I can only imagine the inconvenience this caused for you and your family in addition to the problems you experienced at breakfast. I can assure you this was an anomaly, but nonetheless an issue you shouldn't have had to encounter, and I sincerely apologize that you did. Although you have already come and gone, based on your review I would still like to connect with you and try and make this right in your eyes. I have listed my contact information below. Please reach out to me directly at your convenience. I hope to hear from you soon, and until then...Safe Travels.

Thank you
