If you ever wish to retreat from the world this is the place. Sitting on top of the mountain over looking the Hunter Valley across to the ocean beyond.
Superb accommodation - up-to-date without being pretentious. Here you can relax, sit and read, play billiards, have a spa, feed the resident kangaroos and birdlife - it is amazing. The added extras included are way beyond generous. Never before have I seen such a well stocked pantry and fridge. Normally you only receive a couple of tea bags. A weekend is not enough you need to stay longer and then you'll never want to leave. Highly recommend.
This place was the perfect way to spend New Years Eve and it was wonderful place to take overseas visitors to to see the wild life literally on your doorstep. The description of facilities was accurate and correct.
Janine was great to deal with and she did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. If I had any questions or issues she always very quick to help and respond. I have already recommended this place to friends and family.
Far from the hustle and bustle of city life this retreat is a wonderful getaway for all age groups. We were a group of seven women who enjoyed all the facilities this retreat offers. The home is large with every convenience one could wish for. Barbecue and Pizza oven, indoor and outdoor spa, generous bedrooms and lounge -dining room, open fire in the winter plus reverse cycle air. conditioning. Also the pantry was stocked with basic needs which may have been overlooked while shopping. Eaglereach Wilderness Resort, next door, has a restaurant, tennis court, swimming pool, and a lake where you can fish. All of which are there for your enjoyment. We loved it all!
