Stayed here for a week. The hotel staff was horrible and could careless about the consumer. It seems once the contract signed for the timeshare the outstanding customer service is gone. Model Villa/ Studio are much cleaner than the actual rooms. Our room was dirty from the bedding to the tile floors.
When we complained about the conditions of the room, the front desk did not really care. When we asked to talk to the hotel manager, we were told not available and they would not supply there name. We then asked to talk to the public relations manager, again not available and no one knew that persons name. I spoke to numerous other timeshare owners and they also complained about no name management and no name emails. It's could be a great place if only management would ever present themselves to the consumer
