Unbelievable hotel, we stayed here before travelling into London to see Ed Sheeran, Staff are incredible, always will take time out of their schedule to chat with you and see how your data going, in particular Ann and Susan, but the whole team of staff here are brilliant, the room is modern and comfortable with all the facilities you'll ever need. Would definitely stay here when we visit London again, 11/10 thank you for a brilliant stay

I was attending a conference nearby and stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. It is reached by a long driveway and has adequate parking if you are driving there. The main hotel is a lovely old building that was home to Mr Gilbert of G&S musical fame and was designed in the later 19th century by Norman Shaw.
The library bar and other public rooms show the rich history and look like they could still be part of a private house.
I stayed in one of the "new Rooms" in the separate block about 2 minutes walk away. The rooms are clean but well worn and the air conditioning was welcome but very noisy. Free WiFi and helpful staff, and the breakfast was what you think of as traditional English and scrumptious!
A lack of bars of soap was strange although there were generous amounts of shampoo in the bathrooms. So overall, a bit quirky but I am glad I visited and certainly it was adequate and good value for a couple of nights business stay.

The hotel is located northwest of London. The hotel is to far of if you want to spent more days in London. The hotel has a beautiful garden where you can sit outside and eat pub food. The rooms are relatively modern, clean and spacious. I had a room in the side building but that was good. You can eat in the restaurant of the hotel were the breakfast is served. Good place when you want to have some peace and quiet.

Set in the woods of Harrow this is what I always pictured when I thought of English countryside. The old manor is surrounded by beautiful english gardens and there is lovely seating outside where you can enjoy a cocktail and a good book. Insider there is a library/bar, morning room, and drawing room (so English). The room was very nice, the only complaint is the shower pressure is like an 80 year old man's prostate. Wonderful staff and service, highly recommend adding the breakfast to your room, you won't be disappointed in the full English.

Lovely Hotel, right opposite a view point & I would stay there again - but a couple of things to be aware of: Ordered fish & 'big chips' but they were not big enough to ofset the fact I only got five chips. Noisy activity with laundy collections right outside the lodge bedrooms woke me up earlier than it needed to - make sure if you are in the lodge you have a room at the back away from the car park.
