Absolutely fuming that having carefully selected the prince of Wales pub in Didcot this evening for many on offer to be treated with such contempt and patronising behaviour from the staff. Do not advertise offers to draw people in, who then leave work early and drive for ages to be told they don't exist even though being advertised on both the Facebook site and official webpage. Add in a reserved table which people would not vacate due to not being asked it all left a very sour taste in the mouth. Much like the dry pastry on the pie!

The service is reasonable and the food was not bad, more average and matching the prices. However a negative part is the bad menu card. It states clearly and 2 bottles 5£, but you can only get this if you select you drinks from the same column.... Does not make sense at all. And worse they don't correct the card or price, so we just have given back the open bottle and ordered a new bottle from the same column, what a bad service this is....

Good Atmosphere even though the football was on. The service was very friendly & quick. A good selection of food on the menu very reasonably priced. When the food arrived it was hot & well portioned. Will deffently go there again if we visist didcot again.

Wish I’d never came across this place. It is a dirty hole. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, it was £6.49 include a free drink, which I had a coffee. The sandwich arrived and was the smallest steak sandwich I have ever eaten. Served on two small squares of bread which were soaked in grease. The steak was chewy and lack of taste. It should have been on the menu as a starter. The coffee was cold and weak. The meal was served by a bar tender that stunk of Body Oder. It turned my stomach. The decor of the place is disgusting as you can see by the photo. Definitely will not return to this dump. Overall food not worth the money and horrible place to eat.
