Visited with my 3 girls aged 3, 6 and 8 on an inset day. We arrived late missing the first the half hour due to local traffic but went straight in no queues.

There is just so much to do for all ages it's not possible to see it all in one day.

Rides were brilliant and the indication of wait time was brilliant enabling us to move on and come back when quieter so we didn't wait hardly any time queuing for the rides, most were around 5 min.

Brilliant animals big cats being my favorites, children really enjoy the interactive elements, specially feeding the birds and the safari.

All in all a fantastic day out not a bored moment albeit expensive but well worth getting a annual pass. We had sun vouchers however I felt the online cost of around 25 per person value for money.

Can't wait to visit again!

We have just returned from a lovely three night break in Chessington, having stayed in the Safari hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we had two fun-packed days in the park.
We would like to give a special mention to Cloe F, who works in the restaurant. Cloe went above and beyond her job description to help and support us with our four year old son, who has autism and struggled to cope in the restaurant (although he was also very tired from a fun day at the park). Thank you Cloe and all the staff and Chessington who made our stay so enjoyable!

Everything is overpriced from the drinks in the hotels to the food in the park - as well as the tickets and the fast track passes are a rip of - especially the kids ones (you have to use one for an adult - they dont you this until AFTER purchase and then state 'no refunds'). Digipass for the pics is an ok deal, IF you get your pics and not some of a cute but not your child child!
View from hotel room was good (ask for odd No room) or you'll be looking at a pigeon poo roof!
Some rides dont open when they say (ie 9am - opened at 9.20) and some close before 5pm
A fun day for kids but be prepared to spend spend spend!

Thank Lucy H

We went on a group discounted price, otherwise it possible would have felt a little overpriced. The queue jumping system is brilliant and without it I doubt we could have made the most of the day, we used it 10 times and that did us perfectly but some of the ride wait times were 60 mins without it! There was a lovely mix of fast and slow rides, water rides and games so something for everyone. Quite a lot of walking and we weren't given a map on the way in, but eventually got our bearings. Lots of food stalls everywhere and fairly good value for money on food and drink. Staff were all polite and friendly and my sons thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Recent trip and the last ever. Tired attractions, poorly maintained and indifferent surly staff. The hanging challenge (2min to win a prize) is a con and would require an olympic gymnast to complete. The place need to be bulldozed and started again. Disappointing, expensive and poor levels of entertainment. The nitrogen ice cream booth, however, was good. Have been coming as a child of ten - sad to see how cynical and sad this has become.
