Lovely south facing patio/terrace, great protection from the wind. Really comfortable bed and quiet at night for a comfortable sleep. Perfectly clean when we arrived. Shops and restaurants close by, very convenient. We had a lovely stay thanks to Marisa.
We stayed at this apartment for four weeks in Jan/Feb and found it to be comfortable & convenient for local amenities such as shops & restaurants. An English owned bar showing all major sporting events is a short distance away. The weekly change of lied linen & towels by Enrico & Susana was excellent and even beach towels were provided. The apartment is in a medium sized gated complex & the apartment was extremely secure. The communal pool is an excellent size and well maintained daily.
The apartment is well equipped with modern fridge freezer & washing machine. The wifi is adequate & a Samsung smart TV is provided. The bedroom is very spacious & bathroom is modern & well equipped (fabulous shower). We loved it so much we are going to return.
We stayed at little Duna for 5 days. It was lovely and comfortable with all the facilities you could need. Close enough to town and the out of town shopping centre too.
Marisa was great and responded quickly to our queries. She made the booking very simple for us.
I would stay again, many thanks.
We loved the apartment, its spacious and opens onto a large sheltered terrace where we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine, an uplifting way to start the day. Being south facing the terrace had sun all day, it also faces onto the communal pool area which was barely used in the period of our stay.
The beaches were about 20minutes walk and having reached the coast you could walk either direction, north taking you around to the marina, whilst south takes you to the famous dunes.
The apartment is located within a secure complex and its location worked perfectly for us. There are a range of eateries and small stores about 3 minutes walk, a much bigger selection of shops and restaurants are about 10minutes walk, the main shopping and restaurant area of Corralejo starts about 10minutes away and goes on for a couple of miles.
The apartment was presented to a very good standard in terms of cleanliness, supply of towels and soaps. It is well equipped for self catering. Marisa met us when we arrived and showed us around, she also provided information on things to do. Enrico, the owner, came to clean the apartment and change the bed linen / provide fresh supply of towels at the end of our 1st week, a nice touch.
Corralejo is excellent for water sports particularly wind surfing / kite surfing. My own interest is in cycling, I did both road and mtb during our 2 week stay. There are a good range of cycle hire shops to suit all levels. Roads are generally well surfaced and car drivers were very considerate of cyclists. I'd expected to do more road cycling than I did but was put off by the strength of the winds and would recommend mtb as the wind matters less and it is well catered for with trails around the coast line on dirt roads and through the volcano's. Around the town itself cycling is popular as it is virtually pan flat and cycle lanes are prolific.
Cosy apartment with fantastic sun terrace. Good location (about 20 minute walk to centre of town and 5 minute walk to shopping centre). Marisa was very good communicator, and even found a bar we could do some salsa at. Overall the apartment complex was quiet, but there were 2 nights when some guests were rowdy past midnight. Pool was great-maybe too cold for people who aren't used to swimming in non heated pools, but we warmed up after half a lap and really enjoyed being able to take a dip when we liked.
