Apartments very comfortable and clean. Serviced every day, clean towels every second day, bed clothes changed twice a week. Staff all very friendly and helpful. within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Pool bar food good for snacks. Only complaint I would have is about sunbeds. They were very grubby and could do with a good hose down, also they are stacked quite high which is dangerous if you are trying to take down. Also they could do with some umbrellas which they don't have at all. Shelter around side of pool but you would want to be up very early to get a spot.

We have enjoyed several holidays at this hotel since the refurbishment a few years ago and were there just over two weeks ago. We again had a good time but felt that there were one or two minor things that suggested that the hotel was beginning to fray at the edges.
This year we could find no bread knife in the apartment and when we informed the front desk they first tried to tell us that they did not supply them but then eventually sent a maid round with what appeared to be a small steak knife with the promise that they would try to get us a bread knife from one of the other apartments. Alas, this never happened.
The bottom of the pool looked like it could do with a lick of paint and so did the walkways around the ground floor pool facing apartments.
The sunbeds around the pool were a bit grubby and could do with a clean.
The gym has had the anti-slip flooring removed and not replaced. The tiled floor underneath is not safe to exercise on.
These are only small details which did not spoil our overall holiday but we did notice the difference from previous years. I think a mini refurb might be in order to ensure that favourable reviews continue.

My wife and I have stayed in this complex 6 times now. Up to this trip we have had no complaints. Unfortunately this trip was different. When we arrived we found out that the water to the complex had been off for 2-4 days. Although fixed by the time we got arrived there was an underlining atmosphere everywhere. The next morning we went down to the sun beds to find that they were chained-up in stacks. The chains were not removed until 10.00 am. Then it was a free for all to try and get a bed. There were older people trying to lift these beds off the stacks. In all the previous visits it was never like this. People will get hurt. We won't be visiting this place again, we will go somewhere where the beds are out at a reasonable time for the customers.

We've stayed here a few times over the years as it's a good location right on the edge of Corralejo & away from the town. Stayed 2 nights 1st week then went to Lanzarote for a change fr 4 days then back to Bristol playa last day.
Unfortunately we were woken by a noisy drunk idiot next door at 3.30am on the 2nd day!
Telephone not working so
waited till morning & reported to reception , a feeble apology given !
Why no sign of security to stop those idiots having a riot!

It's cheap and cheerful clean etc, but even tho its going through a refurbishment it still has issues Ie any rain! & sone rooms flood from under the balcony doors and front door!
Our room 207 last day did from both doors! It's not raining much on Fuerteventura so wouldn't worry too much but on that last day there was a cloud burst in the morning! Scorching by 12.
Beds are all new and very comfortable.
Tvs all new and all have BBC & itv etc.
They should have instructions on how to change the language on the Tvs as any films on have dual so If like me you've lived in Spain it's possible to switch from Spanish to English.
Didn't try any food as we always go to La Luna for breakfast & a pleasant walk along the coast brings you to it right opposite the harbour wall on the right under Dunas club apartment's.
Aveinida restaurant only around the corner amazing food value & free garlic dip & crusty bread on arrival Is worth going for alone!

hi , stayed in hotel on self catering basis from 27/9 to 9/10 . on arrival check in was easy we got allocated room 218 . room was spacious hob microwave and large fridge . flat screen tele on wall but limited British tv . we were about good 10 minute walk town centre along coast . the swimming pool area was well maintained . mini market on site open 8 am till 2200 . the only faults we had our room backed onto busy road so couldn't open windows for noise was loud . no air conditioning unit in rooms what i thought was major NO . it was boiling at nights . but all in all nice hotel

Room Tip: ask fro room facing sea be quieter at nights

On the one hand it is a big pleasure for us to hear that we have met your expectations and you have enjoyed your holidays in Fuerteventura.
On the other hand, unfortunately we don’t have air conditioning in our complex. In order to offer an option to our guest, we have an agreement with an external company that provide fan rental service.
