Stayed here from 17th June for 7 nights. We travelled as 2 couples with a 17 month old and 20 month old.

This hotel is completely geared up for families. It is a busy hotel but it's great to see families having so much fun and enjoying there holidays!

The food was good. There were only a few lunch times and 1 evening where one or 2 of us struggled to find something we wanted but we obviously ate something. This is a huge hotel and they have to cater for everyone and put out things that will get eaten.

We had a fantastic week, our rooms were in a great location away from noise so our girls slept well (As did we!)

We used the waterpark across the road which we thought was absolutely perfect for our girls. A very shallow pool with small slides for them. I feel it's worth the money for the younger children than it would be for older....There wasn't much for adults....But it wasn't about us!

I rated 5 stars as it ticked all the boxes for us as 2 young families, staff also need a big mention they work long hours in the heat and are fantastic!

I returned yesterday from a 10 day holiday to this hotel. We had a party of 5, 4 adults and a 2 year old. It was our first trip with our son so wanted a child friendly hotel. He absolutely loved it! We requested a ground floor room which we got and was close to the pool. The choice of pools were good, the main pool, child pool and a child pool with slides. The pool areas were all clean and the staff really friendly around the pools. There is a waterpark which is an additional charge but didn't visit because I felt it was too old for my son. The swim up bar is at the water park which wasn't clear in the brochure. We didn't have a bad meal in the restaurant and found there was plenty of choice, even for children. We booked the Mexican a la carte which was nice but was just buffet style, the next day was Mexican theme in the main restaurant and was exactly the same food. They also have an Italian and Indian a la carte but we were only allowed to book one of these during the stay so didn't have the option to try them which is a shame. The rooms were all clean and had no problems with them although we were opposite the lifts so it got a bit noisey at night. The mini disco in the evening doesn't start until 8.30pm so it is quite late for the little ones. Adult entertainment then starts at 9.30pm. This is a lovely hotel but in comparison to other all inclusive hotels it does fall short on a few things. Water isn't provided in your room, you have to get cups from the bar and use the filter tap or buy bottles from the local shop (we paid €1.50 for 5L). A kettle, cups, fridge and a microwave are provided in the room but there is no coffee/tea provided. If you want towels for around the pool you can hire them for €15 which is returned to you when the towels are provided. There are safes in the rooms but you need a key from reception and a €5 deposit is needed. You are also required to pay a tourism tax on arrival at the hotel so make sure you budget for that. We paid €60 for 2 adults, under 16's do not have a charge. All in all it was a great holiday and perfect for our first trip abroad.

We chose here for a family of 11 for a 1 week trip. The pools and rooms were clean they were very basic didn’t even have a bottle of water stocked in ur fridge for back at the room which for an all inclusive you would expect this. The water park was not included it was extra which is a bit of a rip off as it is horrendous about 4 boring slides. The a la Carte restaurants you can book we’re very poor it was just the same old boring buffet we went to the Asian and food was cold. We wanted to go into the Indian GOA but was already booked out for the whole week we was there didn’t even get the option to choose it. The pools were very very busy clean but very busy. Drinks were okay you have to pay extra for certain cocktails / drinks.
The food in the snack bar ther was flies landing over it all, the bread rolls I went to get 1 from underneath and a load of small flies flew out made me feel sick! Wouldn’t come back to this hotel was a poor poor choice of holiday but what do you expect for an all inclusive!

Below par relates mainly to the food standards. The hotel itself and the grounds were magnificent. 2 big pools (deep) and 2 smaller pools for toddlers with lifeguards. The room we had was a 1 bedroom apartment which was cleaned 5 days out of 7. Very spacious for our size of party. The staff very great the bar staff were always clearing tables as were waiting staff in the restaurant. The entertainment team through the day do there bit to involve guests in activities.

The food however was discusting! For a 4* this has been the worst for food and I’ve stayed in 5 and 3* hotels with the family and had way better. We ended up ration out the last 3 nights which kind of defeats the purpose of all inclusive. If you find yourself in this situation goto the kings head bar round the corner. Food is great and decent priced. Don’t bother the tui reps!! The tell you to come to the welcom meeting.... 10 in the morning after getting checked in at 3am and a day of traveling before hand...

Overall.... hotel location and cleanliness and staff attitude as expected for hotel rating but food let’s it down big time.
