Didn’t know what to expect but this property was recommended, it’s just stunning especially learning how farmers lived so many year ago.

A gentleman who I assume was the owner showed us round.. it was great to see such enthusiasm from him in what I can only explain as a fantastic project.

For 2.5 Euro what more could you ask for. Having spent time going around the house he took us outside and around the corner to where the animals entered all those years ago.

It’s fascinating learning how they lived all those years ago, he explained all about the structure and how the farmer lived.

It’s a must visit.. thank you to that gentleman if he reads this, thank you for your time, your knowledge and of course your passion and enthusiasm for this great old building.

This house has been nicely restored with furniture of the first halve of XX century by - surprise - Yulia and Sergei, a hospitable couple of Russian origin. Both speak apart of their native language excellently Spanish. Sergei also English.

This little treasure we found by accident and it made our day the owner Sergio gave us the grand tour of every room and his knowledge and enthusiasm brought this old house to life .

Not much to see here, but it's worth poking your head in if you're up in the village already. Certainly not worth a special trip.

We don’t remember this client. All of the people that we remember, including true locals, who lived in Mojácar for generations, who came in and walked the floors and rooms of our museum, who saw all of our exposition, they sounded happy with what they got for the money, many thanked us personally. If the client was not able to understand and got no interest in the information that was presented, and just left in a stealthy manner, we are sorry for it. They could ask questions to get things clear, or just ask money back. We would understand.

What we don’t understand is writing the title for the “review” in caps, trying to put their “opinion” ahead of others, of all of the people who were able to see and get what they were looking for and enjoyed it. The kind of behaviour that was manifested by the reviewer constitutes with trolling. Not surprisingly, other reviews by the same person for other businesses in Mojácar look about the same, usually picking a business with good rating then shouting something abusive in the title. Also, writing 25 reviews in one day about the town they supposedly live in, most of them in low rating? Is it an opinion of a tourist? More like expression of dislike to the place they live in. They said they came from South of America. Too bad Mojácar was not good for them.

Visited Mojàcar on a damp day in early March, and discovered this by chance. The owners have bought an old village house, refurbishing it with old items that they have sought out, and turning the house into a very interesting museum reflecting its origins a century ago. Well explained, inexpensive, we were shown round by the male owner who speaks excellent English. If you are post retirement age, you may revive memories of visits to grandparents!!
