We once again had an amazing holiday at the Hotel Milton. I stayed with my friend from 11th May 2018 for the second time and from start to finish, we were warmly welcomed throughout the hotel. The hotel is owned and run by the Parcianello family and they take great pride in welcoming everybody to their beautiful hotel whether it is your first time there or you are repeat customers. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful flower beds and hanging baskets and stands out from other hotels in Jesolo. Passers-by kept stopping just to take photographs of the hotel. We had 2 single rooms which were plenty big enough for one person with a balcony to sit on. Each room has a large fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer etc and our rooms were kept spotlessly clean by the fantastic cleaning ladies. The food for breakfast and dinner was plentiful, tasty and had a good choice even for fussy eaters like myself.
We made good use of the swimming pool and sun beds and enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the hotel. All guests are with Thomson Holidays and most people arrived and left on the same day. It was a great crowd of people this year and we all felt very at home at The Milton.
Customer Service is outstanding but the most important thing that makes this hotel the best in the area, is the staff. Always smiling, genuine and helpful with a great attitude. They work so hard from first thing in the morning until last thing at night.
Andrea, the hotel manager, is extremely professional and ensures that the hotel runs seamlessly. He takes great pride in welcoming you to breakfast and dinner and ensures that there is always plenty of food for guests to enjoy. The waitresses in the restaurant are so polite and we particularly enjoyed Diana’s company. The discount we received for paying for our drinks bill in cash at the end of the holiday was particularly welcoming and saved us quite a lot of money, bearing in mind our bill was probably one of the largest!
Davide, runs the bar at the front of the hotel and cooks superb snacks throughout the day. I highly recommend both eating and drinking here and we were impressed that Davide remembered what drinks we ordered from 2 years ago! We works tirelessly from 10am until everyone leaves. He is great company and we enjoyed getting to know him and his staff.
We will definitely be returning to the Hotel Milton and just hope that nothing changes in the meantime.

this is a small but very friendly family hotel. spotlessly clean with good food and all staff speaking english. probally the best hotel in this area. free use of safe and fridge in rooms. cycles are also free and you can enjoy a cycle ride in designated cycle lanes along the main street for about 7 miles and all flat.. please note you are not allowed to cycle along promenade but would be too hot, far better along the shaded street. easy access for the bus to ferry about 20 mins, you catch the bus on the main road at back of hotel. the ferry stop is the last one for the no5 bus which turns round from there. make sure you get on the ferry for st marks square not the island ferry, the first ferry stop is lido, stay on ferry for venice. make a note of the terminal in venice as this is the one for returning. times are up on the board for going back. you will need to buy your return ticket from any tobac shop in de jessolo which includes both bus and ferry, for 20.5 euros. you scan your ticket in machine on bus you do not hand to driver and you cannot pay on bus.there are other tickets if you wish to explore the islands. it is very easy to do, bear in mind tui charge 60 euros each for same thing. get your euros before you go as exchange rate is very poor, one person paid less than a euro per pound. settle your bill at hotel end of week at hotel and you get 15% off which makes the drink cheaper than anywhere. otherwise you are paying about 4 euros for a large beer. best to take mosquito repellent with you as you can get bitten i found the afterbite very good if you are. all in all i recomend this hotel for cleaniness good food and excellent owners. the one thing i would insist on is that everyone wear trousers and suitable ladies wear for evening meals, as you still get the odd person still wearing shorts, which is out of place in a hotel like this one. although this is sadly happening everywhere now. hope you enjoy your holiday as much as i did.

Room Tip: i asked for 4th floor and got 402 which was excellent. it had a pool and sea view

We have just come back from a week at this hotel, we stayed in a superior room. The room needed additional cleaning when we arrived which the hotel sorted immediately. The hotel is styled very Italian however that is where it ends. The hotel itself seems to be booked entirely by TUI guests which makes it very British, the breakfast was usual fair of continental and hot food but the evening meal was buffet, there was usually a single pasta dish surrounded by a mixture of other dishes, we thought the food was so bad we ate out of the hotel on some nights. There is not a lot of sun beds for the guests and we were unable to find a subbed around the pool for the full holiday even thought many times the sun beds simply had towels on and no guests. The hotel has a section of beach a short walk away which is lovely but there is constant intteruptions by people trying to sell you things - massages, towels, sunglasses, hair braids, tattoos on and on it goes some of them are quite aggressive and ensured we never spent that long on the beach which is a shame. We also used the hotel free bikes which were very good. The area around the hotel is made up from a single street which has a selection of restaurants, Gelatto shops, high end shops and what we would call 'tat' shops selling all manner of cheap toys and souvenirs. All of the staff in the shops seem very miserable and I'm unsure whether there is a theft issue as they tend to watch customers both inside and outside constantly. The most disappointing thing about the hotel was that we took an expensive bottle of champagne to celebrate my wife's birthday when we were away we asked the hotel for champagne glasses and were told that they wouldn't borrow us any which has never happened to us anywhere before. We wouldn't come back to This area or this hotel as it was very much Blackpool in the sun.

Room Tip: The superior rooms are all at the front so if you want some peace and quiet it may be best not to choose this type of room

We stayed a week in this incredibly well run hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Breakfast and evening meals were included in the package and food was generally of a good standard again accompanied by great service. The room was comfortable but a little basic with a lack of storage space - one large cupboard with hangers and a shelf.
The hotel is perfectly positioned with great access to a private beach and shopping.
Things that could be better?
Bottles of water with your evening meal at €4 is extortionate.
Tea & coffee in your room would be a nice addition.
Other than that I would highly recommend it

Arrived at our hotel which looked lovely. Arrived to our superior room overlooking the busy street which is nice to people watch. We had to complain as there were hairs all over the bedding and floor was dirty!. Had a tiny fridge no tea facilities but could rent tea/coffee package for €25 a week we chose not to. The beds are comfy and good showers nice and hot. The food at breakfast was a lot better than in the evening. The choice in the evening was totally un Italian which was disappointing as was the whole week of food. Looked like it was thrown together to please the English!! Terrace bar food was better. You felt you were constantly being watched by andrea the hotel manager so you wouldn't take anything out of the restaurant! The pool area was nice but beds were reserved with towels constantly even when no one was there. The private beach was good but constantly got harassed for a massage or to buy towels/sunnies/hairbrading/bags to the point you had to be rude or just leave the area! The strip is very commercialised bit like Blackpool with the sun as some describe it! The bus/ferry to Venice was excellent €25.00 for all transport ticket we booked onto a free walking tour which was good and informative. Overall hotel and staff were good but menu needs to change! Wouldn't come back not our choice of location we chose so we could do Venice.

Dear Caron,
I'm really sorry that you did not find the hotel and the resort as you wished.
I would like to say only a few words about the food: we work with 100% of english people and 99,9% of them like our food that is really Italian food (quite all the food is coming from Italy) BUT is cooked for english people and for a BUFFET service. I'm sorry that you felt constantly being watched by me but I love welcoming customers at the entrance to the dining room and I need to check the work of the maids and my last thought is to check what my clients bring out of the dining room.
