My husband and I visited this hotel while on a two week trip to Europe. This was an awful experience from the start. First the web page said there was a shuttle to the airport. This is not the case. They will call you a cab that will cost you 50 euros! We arrived late at night in Naples and they promised they would have a cab meet us but the cab was no where to be found! We had to get our own cab to the tune of 70 euros! The other issue we had is that the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. They had us hostage and knew it! They refused to help us in anyway! We used rewards points to stay here and when we decided to leave early we where supposed to receive our rewards points back for the nights we did not stay. We spoke to the front desk and she told us they would be add back after check out. We checked out 2 days early however she did not check us out untill the day we had originally planned to leave!!! The other issue was that when we left the cab that was called for did not even drop us off at the location we requested. It was not a good experience! I would say don't risk it and skip Naples all together!

Hotel is located in a very good spot near CIS the Nola. Reception staff is very helpfull and friendly....BUT....and a big BUT.....the hotel breakfast seriously needsan urgent upgrade and an investigation on what is going on!!! A good manager needs to be employed and take care of the employees in breakfast area since the only thing they are good at is chatting around and joke. Tables are never prepared. Food is always missing (even bread) and staff is really unhelpfull.and if you ask something they take u for a ride if they think u are a foreigner. I always spoke to them in english and never told them.i am fully conversant.with Italian so what i am saying is from fact. Overall the breakfast service is that of a 2 star hotel.

We stayed here as part of a group on an organized tour of Southern Italy/Amalfi Coast using this hotel as a base. The hotel is of unique design and is located in a complex with a decent sized mall - convenient after a long tiring day as there is a good supermarket and a food court (upstairs) if you want something quick and easy to eat.

The hotel room we had was very clean and quiet. The air-conditioning worked well, the toiletries provided were of good quality, fresh towels every day, safe deposit box in the room as well as a small fridge.

The only minus is the breakfast in the hotel. Being part of a group we were ushered into a separate larger room than the regular restaurant however the breakfast choices seemed to be about the same with the exception of the coffee on offer. In general the breakfast choices were very limited and not very good - hard boiled eggs or powdered scrambled eggs, tinned fruit instead of fresh fruit salad to have with yoghurt, some cheese or sliced meat, cherry tomatoes and lettuce - no fried eggs or omelettes or granola. Very low quality "juice" dispensed from a machine and a really bad coffee machine - which was undrinkable no matter which type you selected. The coffee in general in Italy is of a high standard so very surprising it was so bad. Had to settle for a cup of tea. Very poor breakfast service and menu.

On holiday being able to enjoy a nice leisurely breakfast is one of the pleasures so please hotel management take note and improve the standard of fare on offer - most especially the juice and coffee.

There is the option to "upgrade" by paying a further Euros 6 per person to eat in the other breakfast room - the only real difference being you get coffee prepared for you from proper coffee / espresso machines.

I cannot comment on the restaurant for main meals as I did not try it.

Apart from that the hotel was very pleasant and very good value for money.

I did however have two new expensive lipsticks go missing from the make up bag in my room - not the end of the world but rather annoying and disappointing - it was reported but never heard anything further - so if you have any valuables including expensive cosmetics put them in the safe in the room.

Room tip: Rooms facing away from the yard forming the centre of the complex - no view but quiet

What makes it a perfect spot? Close to Napels, about twenty minnutes, close to the Amalfi coast, about 30 minutes and close to a nice outlet center, about 20 minutes.

Hotel is located in a fabricated vulcano which is a bit different but very nice. Easy to find from the highway, just follow the Holiday Inn signs. You can park your car outside on the free parking but it is better to use the secured hotel parking which is inside and you are charged for it. It is safe.

The hotel is very modern and has superfriendly staff. It was not busy so they helped us getting around. Breakfast is very good and has a large selection. Not busy at all. We had dinner one night which was nice.

Rooms are really good, clean and spacious. Quiet at night. In the mall, which hasn;t spectacular shops, there are a few restaurants. Nothing special but not expensive and very fast service.

The front desk staff were very helpfull in giving directions to all sorts of places and gave good advice about where to park in Napels.

Room tip: ask for a superior room

I stayed here for 5 nights with my parents and sister during a family trip in August 2017. Hotel is newly built and very modern looking. It is situated inside a mall that is shaped like a volcano. The hotel is very clean and rooms were nice. Breakfast buffet was the usual continental breakfast, not much to choose from. The elevator constantly got stuck which was annoying. Staff were friendly for the most part. There were not too many guests staying at this hotel possibly because it isn't that close to many touristy areas (we rented a car to get around). We found it difficult to locate the hotel upon arriving at the mall as the signs were a bit confusing.

The mall has a nice variety of stores for shopping and a large grocery store which was convenient. There was one pizza restaurant that was especially good! Warning to English speaking tourists: for some reason, the locals and employees working at the mall seem to have an attitude towards English speaking tourists.
