myself, my husband along with 14 other friends stayed here and had a wonderful week in Meribel.
Everything was well organised, we were given our passes and ready to ski on the first morning. Transfers start from 8:45am until 11am then again from 3pm to 10:30pm so you can come and go pretty freely. Between 11am and 3pm they can still come and pick you up with a 30 min lead time.
They also have a preferred supplier for rentals for those who need it, and they can come by and drop off gear, fit you, and take your gear away all in the comfort of your chalet. We had our ski's rented for the season, but did need to get them sharpened and waxed, which we were able to get done on the first night of arriving. What great service!
Actually you can ski back to the restaurant that is opposite the chalet which is quite an adventure skiing through the woods.
It was my first time in the 3 valleys and as we had the 3 valleys pass, we were able to benefit from Courcheval and Val Thorens, giving us options based on weather, mood, snowfall etc.
The food was fantastic, and well prepared by our chef Tom.
The chalet hosts Nina and Kristina were so attentive and meticulous that all we had to think about what what time to hit the slopes and what games we would play that evening. Free drinks, was a great touch!
For those looking for lots of nightlife, this chalet is about a 5-7 min drive from Meribel Centre, or a 12 min walk to Meribel Village where there is a bar there. We opted to stay in since we could easily entertain ourselves but for the one night we did venture out, transfers made the evening a smooth operation.
I will be back to stay with GoSkiMeribel no doubt, and would not hesitate to recommend for those looking for a slightly more upmarket and comnfortable ski holiday.
