We checked in at el Patio for two nights and we ended up staying four. The service was excellent, they made us feel welcome since the moment we arrived. We could not have hoped for a better lodging with a swimming pool and top notch breakfasts right in the heart of Granada. Very clean and quite, great wifi and on top of that, genuine architecture and decoration. Recommended 100%, will definetely return when back in Granada.

Immaculate, artfully decorated, quaint and centrally located. Helpful staff. Super stoked we stayed here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Pool was refreshingly cold, breakfast amazing (the fruit plate omg!). I was giving my family in the states a video tour, I was so into this hotel!

We stayed at Patio del Malinche for two nights. All the staff tried beyond their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful patio. We enjoyed the pool very much too. If you come to Granada, don't think twice, choose Patio del Malinche.

It’s very difficult to find anything to keep this from being 5 full stars. However, outside of the “breakfast included”, there is no other food available and the morning coffee was not very good, so I had to make it a four. FOR ALL PRACTICLE PURPOSES, it’s really a 5!!!

Jessica is wonderful....helpful, wonderful smile, cooks breakfast, cleans, serves, helps with every detail and speaks English! Truly top notch in the service industry. We have barely interacted with the night-watch but he has told us , with a smile, that he is available ANYTIME ALL NIGHT LONG, “ just knock on the door to number 1”. Very reassuring and friendly honest guy.

The location is convenient and quiet. The hotel is beautifully laid out and decorated; Super clean, everything works, “honesty bar” where you just put a check mark for beverages you’ve taken from the bar.....top notch hospitality and a good value at $55 US. There is a pool. The front gate is locked at all times although I find Granada to be safe and most people very friendly and eager to help. There IS a wide variety of very nice restaurants within 2 blocks with MANY MORE within walking distance. The lake is about 7 blocks away.
