The room was quite nice although my view sucked! When I opened my curtains, it faced a wall (I presume this was to prevent the maintenance people from falling off the ledge). I was attending a 3 day training conference & breakfast was a part of our conference & it was very good. All the food was very good during our breaks & in the restaurant. I loved that they served Starbucks coffee during breakfast & all other breaks too. They also have a Starbucks in the lobby although it's has very limited hours. I was quite comfortable in the room, the meeting rooms, & restaurant.
The only issue I had concerned the so-called free Wi-Fi. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was included in our conference registration, however I had to call the front desk because when I tried to connect it asked me to select 1 of 2 paid options. They told me to select one & not to worry about any charges. Well ............ upon check out, I was told I was only charged for the room, no Wi-Fi. When I returned home, I noticed that my receipt included Wi-Fi. I was charged $10.95/night & had to go thru their Accounting Dept to get credited. Who charges for Wi-Fi anymore?? What a hassle that was to get corrected.More
