I had the upmost pleasure of spending the evening at Hour Glass with good friends and even better drinks. Buckley’s service was impeccable, his expansive knowledge base and description of the cocktail and appetizer menu was greatly appreciated. After much deliberation and guidance with Buckley, We went with the cucumber spritzer, the Fuego mango margarita, and the peach mule, paired with the cheeseboard and blistered local shishito pepper appetizers . All three were deliciously refreshing. Buckley blew our socks off. 10/10 would recommend.
