The location of Mountain Green is great - really close to the slopes and an easy drive to restaurants, etc. The apartment (and actually the whole resort), however, was fairly run down and some things really need to be fixed - like the silverware drawer in the kitchen that falls out when you pull it open, or the bunk bed that wobbles like it's about to fall down if you touch it. I wouldn't let my 10 year old sleep on the top bunk. The beds were old, but adequate, not overly comfortable. The fan in the powder room sounded like a jet engine when it was turned on, and some tiles seemed to be missing on the bathroom floor. Maybe they're in the process of fixing it up - there was a new fridge.
It's also important to note that this condo does not come with access to a ski locker, so you need to carry your skis to the bus stop each morning, which is in the upper parking lot. Luckily, the bus is convenient, comes often, and takes you right to the lifts.
But, the whole reason we were there was to spend time skiing, not in the apartment, and that worked out great.
