We stayed during the peak, in February 2014 during the school break. The condos are so run down iside and outside that I wonder where the money that people pay go. The units are tiny. The 2-br unit we rented that supposed to be on the first floor turned out to be like in a cellar - half in the ground ( you can't see the street from one bedroom window) and half is above the ground. The furniture needs to be thrown out, it is disgusting. The carpet is dirty. The kitchen was so so, bearable. The Bathroom is very poorly equipped and is in a desperate need of repair. If not the Killington group who provides the service for the property, e.g. clean linen, towels, cleaning, and etc, we would leave immediately. Inside the building was frozen, the walls were frozen, the icicles are hanging in the hallways! The owner didn't provide a ski locker. we had to store our skis in our car. No space for boots inside the unit. We would never go if at least one review existed, plus we rented it the last minute before the winter break. The wi-fi service exists but so poor that I considered it to be non-existent. There is one TV in a living room of pre-historic times, it is just a joke. The heat comes from a fireplace that was constantly on so I wondered if there is a carbon monoxide detector in the unit. I couldn't find a working one. I was afraid if the property is in so bad shape that we could be in a danger there. What are people are thinking when renting out these units at these prices? Who are they for? Think ten times before you go there.
