This is a great home to stay in while visiting Zion NP. The homeowner and her family that care for the property make you feel so welcome. The house is nicely furnished, VERY clean, and a good size. It is about 15 minute drive from the entrance to Zion. The home is in a quiet little town with a view of horses and a playground around the corner. My family loved the neighbors, watching the hummingbirds that were plentiful and playing in the sand yard (our 3 year old loved the sand yard). The owners keep the house well stocked with everything you need to cook and live as well as were very kind to put a few necessities in the fridge. They knew the ages of our children and stocked the house with a crib, booster seat, high chair and some age appropriate toys and books. I think the house is nicer in person than the pictures reflect. It is an older, house with some low ceilings at some points, but worked well for our group (mom, dad, 3 and 1 year olds and a grandma) as the bedrooms are well spaced out. The towels and bedding are all newer and in good shape and the beds are comfortable. There are 2 bigger bedrooms ( I believe with queen sized beds) and one small bedroom with a little twin daybed. It does not have cable or satellite tv, but they stock it with a bunch of DVDs. We did miss the tv (news, etc.) a bit in the evening.
