We were in the area, making calls on the Holcim cement plant that is located nearby...and our companies representative introduced me to this geological outcropping. It's a very interesting formation and there is a area near the formation where a person can pull off the highway to get photos.

We drove by Devils’s Slide in Wyoming on I-84 today. It is an interesting rock formation. Worth a swing by if you are in the area!

This is a natural rock formation visible from I-84. There is a pull out view area off of I-84 that allows a good view of the slide. Nothing else to do here other than see a pretty unique natural rock formation illustrating how the Rocky Mountains were formed and pushed up into verticals formations from horizontal rock beds.

We have stayed on the highway a couple of other times before . This time we took less than 5 minutes to get out and take a picture of this unique formation. We were driving east , so we had a great close up view. It's a very easy on/off to the interstate and well worth a couple of minutes .
